To request changes or cancel your order, please email cs@tinykidz.co or use our contact form. Include your order number and details of the requested changes. We will notify you once your request is processed.

Note: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be changed.

Modifications Allowed:

• Shipping details (name, address, email)
• Name or text on the product
• Product color, size, or other customization options

Additional Notes:

• Modifications may extend production time by 1-2 days.
• Once in production, orders cannot be canceled or altered.
• Shipped orders cannot be modified or canceled.
