How to use my TinyKidz promo codes?

You can enter the promo code on your cart or checkout page. Click "Apply," and if successful, the discounted amount will appear on your total bill.

Why was I charged without purchasing anything?

If you notice a charge from TinyKidz that you did not authorize, please reach out to us through the contact form or email us at cs@tinykidz.co. Our team will assist you promptly.

We prioritize your privacy and security. To prevent scams and fraud, TinyKidz only processes payments with the card owner's permission and employs an internal Fraud Detection system to review transactions. Any payment suspected of fraud will be temporarily paused for further verification from the card owner.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

After successfully placing your order, you should receive an email with your order information within a few hours. Please check your spam folder, as the confirmation email may have been directed there.

If you haven't received your confirmation after 24 hours, it could mean that your order was not placed, there was an error with our mailing system, or you mistyped your email address during the order process.

Please contact our support team so we can verify your order and resend the confirmation to your email.

Manage or Cancel order

Can I add or remove products from my order?

A. Adding Products to Your Existing Order

Once your order is placed, you cannot add items or change the product type or size due to system limitations. In this case, we recommend placing a second order. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!

B. Removing Products from Your Existing Order

If you accidentally added an item you no longer need and your order has not yet been processed, please contact with us. We can help remove the item and provide a partial refund for its value.

However, if your order is already in the processing stage, we cannot make changes. In this situation, please contact us for guidance on the best solution.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Please contact us before receiving your tracking number with the correct shipping address, and our customer support team will help you make the necessary corrections.

How to cancel my order?

After placing your order, you have 6 hours to cancel it. If you wish to cancel after this timeframe, please contact us for further assistance.

Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed at this stage; we can only proceed if the order has not yet been processed.

Return and Refund

Can I return my order from TinyKidz?

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or low-quality item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement without needing to return the item.
We will quickly process your refund or send a replacement for purchases made within the last 30 days, and you will not incur any return shipping costs.

How long it takes me to get a replacement or refund?

a. Refund

Once we confirm the refund, the amount will appear in your payment account within 3-5 business days for PayPal and 7-10 business days for credit cards, depending on your bank's processing times.

b. Replacement

If you accept the estimated delivery time, we will initiate the replacement immediately. Please note that personalized items require a processing time of 3 to 5 business days.

How to track my order?

Visit the Track Order page and enter your order information (email and order ID) to check the status..

Look for fulfillment confirmation emails with the subject line "Order #TK fulfilled" or "Order #TK** confirmation" to find your tracking number..

Once your package is shipped and a tracking number is generated, you will receive an email titled "Order #TK** fulfilled," which will include the tracking number..

Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking information may not update immediately due to several reasons:

  • The tracking number has just been created. After shipment, it may take 3-5 days for updates to appear due to delays in the tracking system.
  • The package may not be scanned until it arrives at a regional hub near the destination.
  • The package is in transit between the origin and destination countries. Tracking updates will pause until it reaches the destination country.

  • If your tracking status hasn't updated for over 10 days, please contact us for immediate assistance.
