1. Issues with Purchases

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service at cs@tinykidz.co or use our contact form. Include your order number, purchased items, and reason for dissatisfaction.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match our description, notify us immediately at cs@tinykidz.co. Attach clear photos showing the damage. You do not need to return defective merchandise. This warranty covers manufacturing flaws only and excludes:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper care or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color/material breakdown from sun exposure
  • Unauthorized modifications

This policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. Refunds or replacements are not available after this period.

3. Missing Orders

If your order is delayed, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Provide your order details for assistance. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved claims will receive refunds or replacements promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days.
  • Debit/Credit Card: 7-10 business days.
