Production and Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery timeframe includes production and transit:
- Production Time: 3 – 5 business days for fulfillment, quality checking, and packaging.
- Shipping Time: 7 – 10 business days for transit from our facility to your address.

Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3-5 days for the first scan. If tracking info is not yet available, the carrier is still processing your parcel. The tracking page updates in real time during transit and delivery.
Delivery Address
You can update your address within 6 hours of ordering by emailing us. Providing accurate information is crucial to avoid issues. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses or returned orders.
Delivery Issues
