Is this a hand-painted ornament?
The portrait has a watercolor appearance. The artwork is digitally prepared from your photo and printed onto the ornament.
Does it come with a gift box?
A white gift box is included when you select Matte - Ornament + Gift Box. The ornament-only finishes do not include the box.
What does expedited processing cover?
The expedited option adds $5 for production priority. It does not upgrade shipping speed.
How do I care for it?
Gently remove dust with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
