For the safety of your child, we kindly advise against leaving puzzles unattended with children under 0-36 months old. Specifically, please take caution with thin and long puzzle pieces, such as the letter "I" (if included in your puzzle), as they can pose a potential swallowing hazard.
Upon receiving your puzzle, you may notice a slight wood burning scent. Rest assured, this fragrance is completely normal and typically dissipates within a week. We want to assure you that it does not contain any harmful or allergenic properties.
To maintain the puzzle's cleanliness, we recommend using a very slightly damp cloth or a small amount of cologne to gently wipe the side black parts of the board and puzzle pieces. However, please avoid wiping the upper parts, as they are the painted sections of the pieces.
It is important to note that our puzzles strictly adhere to the European Union Toy Safety Directive and Legislation. They do not contain any allergenic fragrances specified in these regulations, ensuring the safety of your child during playtime.
Rest assured, the wood used in our puzzles is carefully selected to minimize any risk of splintering or becoming brittle. Unlike birch plywood, our wood carries no bedridden risk, providing a safe and durable material for your child's enjoyment.
